Uniform Shop

The Uniform Shop is situated on the Cedar College campus and supplies all of our uniform requirements, including sports uniform (except shoes). School bags must also be purchased through the Uniform Shop, and other uniform accessories are also available. For opening times and information visit the Uniform Shop page.

Canteen

The Canteen is open for Recess every day, and for Lunch orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Lunch orders are available through the Qkr App and must be submitted before 9am on the day required. Parents/Caregivers can download Qkr! for iPhone or download Qkr! for Android, or use a computer to order through our Online Canteen.  The current Canteen price list is available for download from the document list on this page. Primary School Hours / Recess & Lunch Times

The Primary School day starts at 8:40am and finishes at 3:15pm.
Primary School Recess Time:  10:45am – 11:05am.  Primary School Lunch Time:  1:10pm – 1:50pm

High School Hours / Recess & Lunch Times

The High School day starts at 8:30am and finishes at 3:20pm.
High School Recess Times:  (Mon, Fri) 10:10am – 10:30am, (Tue, Wed, Thu) 10:20am – 10:40am.
High School Lunch Times:  (Mon, Fri) 1:15pm – 1:55pm, (Tue, Wed, Thu) 1:05pm – 1:45pm.

School Fees

The current Fee Schedule is available for download. There are a number of options for school fee payment, please speak to our friendly Finance Office for details. A direct debit form is available for download from the document list on this page.

Parent Handbook

Separate Parent Handbooks for Primary School families and High School families are available from the Front Office. These handbooks explain the procedures for all aspects of school life at Cedar College.

Out of School Hours Care (POSHC)

Cedar’s Out of School Hours Care program is facilitated on the school property by an independent business – POSHC- and is available for all Primary School students before and after school, and on student-free days. The POSHC form and details are available on this page, and in the documents for download list on this page, or by contacting the POSHC office directly on (08) 8336 0068.

Assembly

The Primary School takes part in either Assembly (even-numbered weeks) or Chapel (odd-numbered weeks) on Thursdays from 12:35pm – 1:10pm. Parents/caregivers and friends are welcome to attend the Assembly at this time. Visit our Assembly page for more information.

The High School Assembly takes place on Monday mornings from 10:05am – 10:40am and features student participation, guest speakers and, occasionally, the Chapel Band.
