A place to learn and grow
The Middle School curriculum focuses on the core subjects of English, Mathematics, Science, Humanities, Physical Education, and Christian Living, alongside a variety of specialist subjects such as Music & Drama, Languages, Home Economics, Visual Art, Design & Technology, and Health & Wellbeing.
Relevant, meaningful and enjoyable
The Middle School is designed to meet the evolving needs of teenage students, ensuring that learning is relevant, meaningful, and enjoyable. This approach fosters student engagement during their middle years and prepares them for subject specialisation in Senior School.
The curriculum provides students with a broad understanding of all subjects, enabling informed decisions when selecting specific subjects as they move through their schooling journey.
Students continue to benefit from the Canopy learning facility, which caters to individual learning needs and provides tailored support in the Middle School.
Building healthy habits and character
The Middle School environment is dedicated to helping students develop both academic skills and personal character. Community time and Christian Living classes offer opportunities to address topics that are crucial to adolescent development in a genuine, biblically informed manner.
Camps, excursions, and sporting activities are vital components of the Middle School curriculum. These experiences not only foster friendships but also encourage teamwork and personal growth. Throughout the year, a variety of co-curricular activities, including soccer, basketball, swimming, netball, volleyball, cross-country, and athletics, are available for students to participate in.
