With the release of the 2024 SACE results this week, Cedar College would like to congratulate the Year 12 Class of 2024 on their outstanding achievements.
2024 Year 12 Cohort
A total of 77 students completed Year 12 at Cedar College in 2024.
Following the recent release of the SACE results, we are pleased to announce that 100% of our graduating Year 12 students achieved their SACE Certificate—continuing a tradition we have upheld for many years. Maintaining this consistent 100% SACE completion rate is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our students and their teachers, who tirelessly support them throughout their journey.
Cedar College Dux
We are pleased to announce that the Cedar College Dux for 2024 is Kavya Sharma.
Kavya received an outstanding ATAR of 99.60, including a SACE Merit for Specialist Mathematics. Our Runner-up Dux, Chloey Huynh, received an ATAR of 99.05.

Cedar College students received a total of 10 Merit Awards for Outstanding achievement.

We offer our congratulations to each of these Merit recipients and acknowledge the hard work and ongoing effort which each student committed to throughout the year.
Summary of Results
- 100% SACE Completion
- Dux ATAR of 99.60
- Runner-up Dux 99.05
- 10 SACE Merits for Outstanding Achievement
- 92.8% of all Stage 2 (Year 12) grades awarded were either an A or a B
- 28% of our Year 12s achieved an ATAR greater than 90.
- 40% of our Year 12s achieved an ATAR greater than 80.
- Cedar’s mean ATAR was 76.5, and this increased to 78.33 for students who were pursuing a Tertiary pathway.
We congratulate all of our Year 12 students and extend our gratitude to the Cedar families and dedicated teachers who played crucial roles in supporting our students throughout their Cedar journey. We give thanks to God for each of our Year 12 students, and our prayers remain with them as they embark on a new chapter in their lives.
