Enrolment Procedure

Uniform Shop
The Uniform Shop is open during school term on Mondays from 8:30am - 10:00am and 2:30pm - 4:30pm, and on Thursdays from 3:00pm - 4:30pm. There are extended trading hours during Term 2 and Term 4. For more information visit the Uniform Shop page.

Canteen
The Canteen is open for Recess every day, and for Lunch orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Primary School lunch orders should be handed in to the lunch-order box in each classroom at the start of the day. High School students are required to hand in lunch orders to the Front Office before starting school for that day. School Fees
The current Fee Schedule is outlined in this page. There are a number of options for school fee payment and these are outlined on the Enrolment page. A direct debit form is available for download from the document list on this page.

Parent Handbook
The Parent Handbook for Primary School families and High School families is available from the Primary School or High School offices. These handbooks outline in detail school policies and procedure for all aspects of school life at Cedar College. These handbooks will soon be available online.

Out of School Hours Care (POSHC)
Our Out of School Hours Care program is facilitated on the school property by an independent business - POSCH - and is available for all Primary School students before and after school, and on student free days. Details regarding the program and cost can be found in the document list on this page, or by contacting the POSHC office directly on (08) 8336 0064.

Assembly
The Primary School takes part in assembly every Friday Afternoon from 2:35pm - 3:10pm. Parents/caregivers and friends are welcome to attend the Primary School Assembly at this time. Visit our Assembly page for more information. The High School assembly takes place on Monday mornings from 8:35am - 9:15am and features student participation, guest speakers and, occasionally, the Chapel Band.
